Terms and Conditions for all reservations for the 9th HUGYCUP

DEPOSIT POLICY

We require 30% deposit to be received by us within 15 days of booking.
If a deposit is not received within 15 days of booking your reservation may automatically be canceled without notification!
Full payment needs to be received 70 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation more than 60 days before arrival date deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival : 50% of total invoice to be returned
Cancellation less  than 30 days prior to arrival : no refund
Deposits must be done by bank transfer to the bank account provided on the invoice.
We will only send confirmation once we received the bank transfer.
Participation in the competition is included in your stay.
Payments on location with credit card : 3% fee

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Guests’ passport should have at least 6 month validity from the date of arrival in Indonesia. in regards of VISA requirements, please kindly refer to Indonesia’s Department of Foreign Affairs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & DIVING INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all divers have a DAN Insurance or an equivalent.
PT Bakri Cono / NAD Lembeh Resort / Diving 4 Pictures Co. Ltd will not take any responsability for expenses that occur due to inadequate insurance coverage.
Chamber treatment will easily top 5000 $.

LIMITATION OF HOTEL LIABILITY

All reservations made are subject to the conditions stated herein.
NAD Lembeh and Diving 4 Pictures Co. Ltd. is not liable for strikes, Acts of God, and failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond the control of Nad Lembeh and Diving 4 Pictures Co. Ltd.
NAD Lembeh and Diving 4 Pictures Co. Ltd. reserves the right to accommodate any reservation in alternate hotels.
If the published rate of the room occupied in the alternate hotel is less than the NAD Lembeh resort published rate, then the difference between rates will be credited to the guests’ account.
